Choose the cover photo on your certificate

You can now pick which submission photo appears as the cover on your Legitmark certificate — from Certificates or any certificate detail page.

You can now choose which submission photo appears as the cover on your Legitmark certificate.

Until now, Legitmark picked a cover for you using standard rules — usually the Front photo, then Inner Sides, then the first available image. That worked for most submissions, but not when the best listing shot was a different angle.

With Change Cover Photo, you pick the cover yourself. The choice updates what you see in Certificates and on the certificate itself.

Where to change it

You can open the cover picker from two places in the app:

  • Certificates list — On the In Progress or Complete tab, tap … on a certificate, then Change Cover Photo.
  • Certificate detail — Open a certificate, tap … in the toolbar, then Change Cover Photo.

Both paths open the same Cover Photo screen.

How it works

The picker shows your Current cover, then the photos from that submission.

Tap the photo you want. Legitmark saves it as the certificate cover and confirms with Cover photo updated. You need at least one uploaded photo — if none are available yet, you’ll see a prompt to upload before choosing a cover.

Only photos already on the submission can become the cover. You’re choosing among what you captured, not uploading a separate marketing image.

When you’d use it

  • Better listing shot: The Front angle was auto-selected, but a three-quarter or detail photo sells the item more clearly.
  • Marketplace listing match: You want the certificate cover to match the photo already live on the listing.
  • Partner or warehouse review: Someone else is scanning the queue and needs the most recognizable view at a glance.

What stays the same

If you never change the cover, Legitmark keeps selecting one automatically. Manual picks take priority when you’ve made them. Clear the custom cover (or replace the photo it pointed at) and the system default rules apply again.

Get started

Open Certificates, find a submission on In Progress or Complete, tap …, and choose Change Cover Photo. Or open the certificate and do the same from the detail toolbar.
